TMi [2006 to 2009]
The Team: TMi

Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes
Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes teamed up after finishing second and third in the second series of ITV's Pop Idol. They released a couple of pop singles together, the first a cover version of the Beatles' 'With a Little Help from My Friends' topped the charts for a week in early 2004, but a second release made a smaller impact and their record label decided to let them go.

The pair then made their move to presenting as they joined Fearne Cotton to present TOTP Reloaded on Saturday mornings. They subsequently went on to present occasionally the main afternoon CBBC strand on BBC ONE, and from there found themselves hosting their own weekday CBBC breakfast show Level Up with Ayesha Asantewaa (of BBC7's Big Toe Radio Show).

It was only probably a matter of time before the popular duo would find themselves presenting the main Saturday Show on BBC TWO, and TMi gave them that opportunity.

The pair are firm CBBC favourites and continue to host various shows including Copy Cats and Sport Relief Does Glee Club. The pair went on to compete on Dancing on Ice in 2012 and Sam was runner-up on Celebrity MasterChef in 2015.

The pair continue to present on CBBC and fronted a successful relaunch of Crackerjack.

Caroline Flack
Caroline Flack was the third member of the TMi team.

She had presented E4 Music and also worked on the companion programme to Channel 4's celebrity reality programme 'The Games' called The Games: Live at Trackside.

In 2007, Caroline co-hosted CBBC's Comic Relief Does Fame Academy coverage with Jake Humphrey.

Caroline did not return for TMi's fourth series having moved on to presenting other programmes such as itv2's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me out of Here! NOW!, itv1's The Whole 19 Yards. She went on to compete on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014, winning the glitter ball trophy, and co-presented the X Factor in 2015. She went on to present ITV2's Love Island.

Caroline died in February 2020.
