The Saturday Show Bumpers
The Saturday Show initially occassionally used a televisual device known as Bumpers - a collection of short sequences one of which was inserted between two items. As the show had a graphical revamp on 12 January 2002, they were put into early retirement.
They were basically 'hip and trendy' phrases that had a plain English translation applied to them - see below to get the point!
